I went into the Brooklyn MI store the other day and was flustered because I couldn't find what I was looking for. Two employees were talking at the customer service desk. As I approached one of them immediately asked if I needed help. I told her and she took me right where I needed to go and showed me what I was looking for. Great customer service!
